Sinopsis:

Jayden Valarao (Christian Bautista), musisi Filipina yang bermimpi menjadi bintang rock, hidup dengan bebas tanpa tujuan pasti. Satu malam setelah perkelahian sengit di salah satu bar di Manila, Jayden pulang dan mendapati barang-barangnya teronggok di depan rumah karena tak mampu membayar sewa. Karena tak punya tujuan, akhirnya dia memohon kepada Penelope Valarao, bibinya yang berjiwa muda, agar dapat tinggal di rumahnya. Penelope mengizinkan Jayden tinggal semalam, dengan janji bahwa dia akan segera menemukan tempat untuk ditinggali. Sang bibi juga menyarankan agar Jayden menemui ibunya, Marlina Anasazar (Ira Wibowo), yang tinggal di Indonesia sejak sang ayah meninggal. Jayden setuju pergi ke Indonesia sembari menunggu demonya diterima perusahaan rekaman yang akan menjadikannya seorang superstar.

Sesampainya di Jakarta, Jayden bertemu ibu yang sudah lama tak ditemuinya. Sang ibu ternyata sudah punya rencana untuk Jayden, yakni untuk membantunya mengajar musik di sekolah musik yang dikelolanya. Tanpa dinyana, ternyata Jayden harus mengajar mereka yang berkebutuhan khusus. Di sinilah Jayden diuji, apakah dirinya akan terus mengajar anak-anak luar biasa ini, ataukah mengejar mimpinya menjadi seorang bintang rock.

Selain anak-anak ini, Jayden pun bertemu banyak orang yang membuatnya berpikir panjang tentang hidup bebas yang tak pantas dan tak berguna, termasuk Laras (Gista Putri), instruktur dan terapis di sekolah ini, Ibu Rinjani (Ira Maya Sopha), Pak Dimas (Verdi Solaiman) yang ketus, dan banyak karakter lainnya.
